Whether you’ve already got a blocked drain or you’ve just noticed tell-tale sign like a slow-draining sink, a CCTV survey can give you the best possible information on the blockage.

We use advanced CCTV technology to identify a range of potential issues such as structural problems, root ingress, awkward blockages, pipe scale, displaced joints and partial and complete collapses within the drain. This method is fast and reliable, and it provides peace of mind that there are no further problems in the drain.

CCTV surveys are used to provide you with a fast and accurate assessment of the condition of the drains so that we can understand exactly how and why the blockage is occurring. Once we have this information we can use it to find an effective solution so that we can remove the issue and get your drainage system back to normal. How do CCTV drain surveys work?

Having a CCTV survey can save you a significant amount of time and money as well as minimising disruption. Using state-of-the-art cameras we capture clear images inside the pipes to allow us to establish the cause of the problem; our equipment can be used in pipes as small as 50mm wide, so no matter what kind of trouble you are having, we will be to get to the bottom of the issue.

We will then provide you with the findings presented either on DVD or USB, along with our recommendations on the next steps in order to deal with the issue. This could include carrying out extensive repairs to the drain, which we can undertake.

We strive to provide a completely professional service on each job we carry out. Every member of the team is highly trained and experienced, allowing us to carry out the work quickly and efficiently, as well as providing you with impartial, honest advice.

CCTV Surveys Case Study

“We were recently called to a property where a drain had been blocked for sometime. A number of different companies had tried to jet the blockage unsuccessfully. The odd thing about this issue was that it was intermittent which is not consistent with a normal blockage. It was clearly a case for our CCTV equipment, we needed to see what the issue was rather than guess and cost the client pointless money as had happened before. What we found was an old football blocking the flow. The reason it was not blocked all the time was in some period of high flow the ball would float around and let some water through, then as the level fell it would be sucked over the hole and block the drain again. Just by using this equipment we were able to identify the issue and employ the right solution for a fast and effective result for the client. “
